I’m about to have me some fun!
I couldn’t be more excited that it is Friday! Okay, I could be if I wasn’t working 🙂
Yesterday was awesome! Crazy work day, followed up by a fun Texas Young Professional Happy Hour. Was good all day about my clean eating, then I got to dinner and indulged a little. I had grilled chicken with spinach, garlic (a lot of it) and bacon (no bun because it wasn’t gluten free) with a side of fries (I shared them so I didn’t eat that many). Wasn’t mad at myself, just know that it was a treat for the week. I’m going to try to be good about food this weekend. I’ll report back on Monday on how it goes.
Excited for the weekend ahead. It isn’t going to be too crazy, hopefully even relaxing. Tonight I’m going on a boat; it benefits Big Hearts for Brave Hearts. It should be a good time – food, drinks and good company.
Saturday is going to be a mixture of relaxing and crazy. I’ve planned a run for the morning (got new kicks; need to test them out), errands and maybe a little pool action. Hoping for a nice quiet day.
Sunday I’m going paint balling. I have never been and am a little scared. I’ve heard it so much fun, but also really painful. My friend told me that when it’s warm outside the paint balls are softer, verses in the winter they’re hard as rocks. I will also report back on Monday how it goes.
